Get Spirited away!

The Villa Montezuma!

SOLD OUT

Spend the weekend back in 19th century Southern California at our Spirits of San Diego getaway helmed by historian, tour guide, and author on haunted San Diego lore, Charles Spratley - October 16 & 17, 2021After sifting from all the input we've received, we've come up with the following.

Note: While we revel in offering one-stop shopping service, enough folks wanted to make their own hotel arrangements (or not stay the night) that we made the tough choice not to handle accommodations. If you want to stay at the Horton Grand (our home base for the weekend), expect up to $150 PER PERSON double occupancy (high end) including every tax, fee, and oddball hotel charge known to man. Again, we are leaving the hotel reservations to the guests this time. You're on your own. Be strong. FYI, if you do wish to stay at the Horton I just went on their site and while 3 rooms styles are available, 2 room styles are already booked.

It's currently closed, but not to worry, Charles used to work there and will give us all the stories and more, as well as tour us around the nearby cemetery. If the Whaley House is indeed open by the time of our trip, we'll arrange for admission to be included
