The Four Seasons Tea Room
Born in Budapest, Hungary in 1874, Erich Weisz was a dreamer from a young boy. The son of a Rabbi, Erich and his family traveled to the United States looking for their own American Dream. Performing feats of magic for neighborhood children and later on the vaudeville stage, Erich met the woman of his dreams, Bessie.
The next year he would start to make the world look at magic in a new way, not as Erich Weisz, but Harry Houdini. Harry would master the art of sleight of hand and even tempt fate itself many times over in his harrowing escapes, culminating in his mysterious death.
Leave your illusions at the door to embark on an evening of fine food, biographical insight, and magic with historian and paranormalist Charles Spratley as we explore the life and afterlife of the greatest magician of all time.
$88.88 includes entertainment, three-course era-gone-by meal (amuse bouche, watercress soup, baguette, petite chicken vol au vent entree, tomato aspic, asparagus vinaigrette, vanilla ice cream & fruit parfait, tea) plus party favors and payment fees.
